Each clip, run, request and pod minute is a line in your ledger.

When a run starts, its price is held from your balance. The hold is settled when the file arrives. If a closed model fails on every route, the run can move to the next model under your cap and you pay that price. Open models on Milvey GPUs queue until capacity returns. If the run can’t be delivered, the hold is released and you pay 0 cr. Both lines stay in the ledger.

These prices are samples. I’m still measuring what each model and GPU costs to run, and I’d rather show the shape of the bill now than a number I’d have to change.

Faiz

Do credits expire?
No. Credits don't expire. That covers the 150 free credits, plan grants and every pack you buy.
How are GPUs billed?
Metered per second, shown in credits per minute. A 2-minute run on a RTX 4090 at 4 cr/min costs 8 cr. A pod stops billing when you stop it.
How many videos can run at once?
Starter: 1. Creator: 3. Studio: 10. Extra runs wait in the queue and hold no credits until they start.
Can I set a budget?
Yes. Alerts and hard budgets are separate settings. An alert notifies you and stops nothing. A hard budget lists the pods and endpoints it will stop before you save it.
Can I get a refund on unused credits?
Yes, within 14 days if you have used less than 10% of a pack. The refund policy has the details, and it’s final before anyone can buy credits.
What happens if a provider fails?
A closed model that fails on every route moves to the next model under your cap, and you pay the delivering model's price. Open models run on Milvey GPUs, so they wait in a queue until capacity returns. If the run can't be delivered, the hold is released and you pay 0 cr.
Is there a discount on the first pack?
Yes, once. When your first run is delivered, a 24-hour window opens: your first pack gets 20% extra credits instead of its own bonus, whichever is larger. That raises the $10 pack to 1,200 cr and the $50 pack to 6,000 cr. The $100 pack stays at 12,000 cr, because its own bonus is larger. Bonuses never stack. The deadline is fixed when it starts and doesn't reset.
Do I get credits for inviting someone?
You and your friend each get 200 cr when the friend's first pack is $50 or more, up to 10 friends a month. A signup, or a smaller pack, earns nothing.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Go to Billing, then Plan, then Cancel plan. You see one offer to stay, once. Declining cancels straight away. Unused credits stay on your account and don't expire.
Are these prices final?
No. Every price on this page is a sample while I build Milvey. GPU rates are quoted in credits only. Final prices go up here before checkout opens.
