The rules for using Milvey, in plain words. Draft until Milvey opens.

Topic	Terms
Status	Draft. Milvey is not open yet: there are no accounts, no paid runs and no payments. Today you can read the site and join the email list. The rest of these terms apply once accounts open, and the final version goes up here before anyone can pay.
Who we are	Milvey is run by Digitalize Plus Enterprise, SSM 202303050800 (JR0144285-P), Unit 3A-07, Tower A, The Vertical Business Suite, 8, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In these terms, “we” means Digitalize Plus Enterprise.
Who can use it	You must be 18 or older. If you use Milvey for a company, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.
Your account	Keep your login safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and its API keys. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
The service	Milvey runs video and image models, ComfyUI workflows, endpoints and GPU pods, billed from one credit balance. Models and suppliers change over time, so a model or feature can be added, changed or removed.

Credits and payments

Credits	Credits pay for use of Milvey. Credits don't expire. They have no cash value, can’t be transferred or sold, and aren’t money held for you.
Free and bonus credits	Free, bonus and referral credits are a gift. We can limit them to one per person and remove them if they were gained by abuse.
Prices	The price of a pack or plan is shown at checkout, with any tax. Prices can change, but a change never affects credits you already bought.
Runs	Credits are held when a run starts and charged when the file arrives. If the run can’t be delivered, the hold is released and you pay nothing for it. GPU pods bill by time while they run, whether or not you get a useful result.
Payments	Stripe processes payments. Automatic top-ups are off unless you turn them on.
Refunds	See the refund policy.

Topic	Terms
Your content	You keep your rights in what you upload and in your prompts. You give us permission to store and process it, and to send it to the suppliers that run your job, only as needed to provide Milvey.
Outputs	The licence for an output depends on the model that made it. Each model page lists its licence. Similar prompts can produce similar results for other people, so we can’t promise an output is unique.
Workflows	A workflow you import is private until you publish it as a template.
Community examples	Some images and clips on Milvey come from Civitai and Hugging Face. They are examples of what a model or LoRA can produce, made by other people. Milvey did not make them. Each one names its creator and links to the source.
Licences	Models, LoRAs and checkpoints keep their own licences. Milvey shows each licence and its commercial-use permission before you run or publish with it. You are responsible for following it.
Takedown	If you made something shown here and want it removed or credited differently, or you think content here breaks your rights, email hello@milvey.com with the link. It comes down while we check.

Topic	Rule
Minors	No sexual or suggestive content involving minors, real or generated. Accounts are closed and reports go to the authorities.
Real people	No likeness of a real person without their consent, including LoRAs trained on a real person. No impersonation or deceptive deepfakes.
Explicit content	No sexually explicit content. Public galleries and imported models are filtered to safe-for-work only.
Copyright	No content or LoRAs built on copyrighted characters or work you don't have rights to.
Harm	No content meant to harass, threaten, defraud or mislead, and nothing illegal where you or the viewer are.
The service itself	No attacking, overloading or reverse engineering Milvey, no getting around limits or checks, no mining on GPUs, and no reselling access without our written OK.

These apply to prompts, uploads, imported models and LoRAs, and anything published as a template. Breaking them closes the account.

Topic	Terms
Ending your account	You can stop using Milvey and ask us to delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The privacy policy says what happens to your data.
No guarantees	Milvey is an early product, provided as it is. We don’t promise it will always be available, or that an output will suit your purpose. AI output can be wrong or unexpected, so check it before you rely on it.
Liability	As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits a right or liability that the law doesn’t let us limit, including your consumer rights.
Changes	We may update these terms. We’ll change the date on this page and, for a big change, email you first. If you keep using Milvey after that, the new terms apply.
Law	Malaysian law applies, and the courts of Kuala Lumpur hear any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.
